Chef Carla presents her guests with truly excellent and abundant typical Elban and maritime dishes; noteworthy are the fish sauces, cacciucco (fish stew), and fish cooked on the grill or in the oven.

Not to be missed is the wide selection of desserts… Alternatively, pizza of various flavors and sizes with a “MODO MIO” that is a program in itself!
